Southern stew is a yummy food with its very creamy texture
Ingredients
- Meat chunks
- Spices (smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder)
- All-purpose flour
- Onions, tomatoes, potatoes, garlic, and any other vegetable that you think works
- For the base (beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato paste, 1 bay leaf, chopped dill)
How to cook it
First you start to mix the flour, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic and then add the meat chunks. After that, make sure the flour is mixed well with the meat chunks, and then you put them in the pot and wait until all sides of the meat chunks are brown.
After the meat chunks are brown, cut up onions and all the vegetables and cook until the onions are soft.
Once the onions are soft, add beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, meat, dill, and bay leaf and then just wait. That’s it, a very simple recipe.
When you eat, add sour cream and a sunny-side-up egg in your plate.
